Please check if the Patch Detect switch is turned on. If it is on, the stimulation level of the device during operation can only be adjusted when the patch is correctly applied to the body. If it is off, the adjustment can be made at any time.

yes, thank you for your suggestion. i shear have patch detect enabled. this doesn’t take away from the fact as user should have access to the controller of the Stim unit at all times. its a safety regulation. (look at any traditional Stim unit while its wired from the unit to the body, its physical controls you have immediate access to) have a locked screen means if something failed or glitched unintentionally and a user need to press stop/pausr they would have to unlock their device assuming they were able to the first time and then press stop/pause. though realistically ive been in these situations before with traditional units and the over intensity maks it extremely difficult to act quickly. i trust software even less with something like this. so its always better to be safe and have backup plans in place. this request only males the app safer, even if you male it a setting like many apps do.
EX:
Screen settings
• Default
• On when charging
• Always On

sl5887: Thank you for your feedback. We added the patch detect feature primarily for safety reasons. For experienced users, they can adjust the stimulation level first and then apply the patch to the body. However, for first-time users who may not be familiar with the intensity levels, setting the level too high could cause discomfort or injury.
The patch detect function ensures that the device can only be adjusted once the patch is properly applied to the body. This allows users to clearly perceive whether the selected level is comfortable and safe during adjustment.
We greatly appreciate your suggestion and will carefully consider it for future improvements.
